New Yamaha Dealer in Hamilton

Just so you all know, its behind McDonalds at the top end of Te Rapa rd
(main rd inot Hamilton from Auckland)
They have been open since Monday, I went in Yesterday to check it out and they are looking good, nice freindly people and a nice BAD :ar15: ARSE R6 to!!!! ,they are getting more bikes in this coming week including a BADDER ARSE R1 04 :Punk:

Hi Lynda, No I cant remember the names, he used to work for peter Glidden Honda, Damien King is on the parts desk, nice guys though, they are putting good efforts into the shop.

Yeah I popped in there today, they seem to be on to it, I think I'll try them for my next service, got to be better than out so called local Yam dealer/tractor repair/jack of all trades master of none we have here, how fuc#@d up is it, I have bought 3 brand new Yams from these guys, and still I have to buy all my bike stuff from the Honda shop across the road.

Hi - thanks for the info on the shop - will check it out next time in Ham.

Had a GREAT ride to Hawera - roads are a bit boring but there was the right amount of traffic in the right places to make it like they were chicanes. Pakaek Hill on the way home was MAGIC!!

Off to the Wairarapa today with Celtic Sea Lily, Bungbung, and probably a few others.

My family are in Morrinsville so come up quite a lot, will note your #s and get in touch next time we're coming up. It might be when I'm doing my first 1000kms on my new 1000 (when it gets here - about two/three wks probably - the last one they (NFI in Sydney) sent was a "standard" M1000, not the M1000Si.e. that the Duc agents ordered for me).

:Offtopic: I have hunted high and low and simply can't find that Ohlins stuff about suspension setup. I'm really sorry. I hope you've managed to get it sorted with the other guys help.

Ohlins have a lot of info on their website at http://www.ohlins.com/ and if you search through the various pdf files there is a bit of info on setup particularly those on this page http://www.ohlins.com/mc_manuals.shtml

Chances are what Lynda is talking about is a hard copy of one of these manuals as the stuff I got when I bought my shock was the same as the on-line version.

They tell you how to set ride height and stuff like that and even though the info is for their shocks and forks the principles are the same.
