My VFR is for sale on trademe. I'm sad to see her go - she is an absolute pleasure to ride. If anyone is in the market, you could do worse - so check it out...
Honda VFR 750FG 79,900km
Year: 1986
This bike is in excellent condition. The motor is very strong, and the fuelling very smooth. It has the problem-free regulator/rectifier with the big cooling fins. It is the gear-driven cam version. It has been ridden and very well maintained. In the last few months the following has been done on the bike:
Replaced fork dust seal.
Valve clearances.
New spark plugs.
Oil and filter change.
Air filter change.
Carbs cleaned, intake manifolds replaced.
Fuel tank cleaned out.
Brand new chain and sprocket fitted.
Brakes bled.
The bike comes with a new spare set of tyres and a pack rack. Luck buyer will get new Rego and WOF.

Price??....
Thing is it wouldn't be right to reveal what the reserve is on tradme. The buy it now is set to $3500 - I think the reserve is very fair...

We are in the book and no, I really don't disapprove of jap bikes at all. I don't like some of their design theories and the difficult servicing but I do like what they did for motorcycling. I like any bike but I really like my old chuffers too much to give em up. They ride like a mothers nightmare and I kinda like that.... :stoogie:
