This movie was on the Rialto channel awhile ago and is worth catching.
A beautiful movie about a monk in the Himalayas torn between his spiritual path and carnal one.
Here's a short clip (http://www.sv-portal.com/images/samsara.avi) (30MB NWS) from the movie were one of the female field hands comes to collect her family's wages for the season while his wife has taken their son to the market.
I've been meaning to suggest doing this with the girlfriend. I'm sure she'll be keen. :p
