Xlite Helmets?

I am looking at buying a new lid and am thinking of getting an Xlite. I tried one on this last weekend at Motoamil and it feels awesome!!! http://www.xlite.it/home.asp
Does anyone have any experience/ feedback on these lids? I have done some research and it seems as if they are affiliated with Nolan in some way. Any advice would be great.

Xlite is a subsidiary of Nolan. They are an excellent composite helmet at a better price than the top Jap brands.
