I am looking to import my next bike, possibly gsxr 600 or zx6r, 2004 onwards. I want to find some decent websites that have some good stock lists and that generally have good tidy machines.
Has anyone here had a fair amount of dealing with anyone, and also what is the process of importation?
I am assuming:
1) Purchase bike
2) Ship over to NZ
3) Clear through MAF
4) Get Vinned
5) Get WOF & Rego

I am sure that I must be missing some steps, any help in filling these in would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Brett.

That looks optimistic only in so far as that list doesn't have you parting with considerable sums of money. Dr Cullen has many ways of extracting money apart from the many and various road taxes. Customs duty, GST, who knows what all?

You can be sure he won't have overlooked a trick (in this regard at least).
He certainly seems to have forgotten about locked courier satchels of late.
