View Full Version : Things that piss me off

Patch
21st May 2006, 14:06
For some reason or another, it has begun to annoy the bee jee bees outta me with some people posting - "ohhhh thats a re-post" :nono:

For those of us that don't spend all bloody day on here - who the  cares whether it's been posted before or not, some of us may not have seen the first one.

While on the topic of reposting, here's my little repost - I CRASHED MY BIKE!!! :whocares:
I'm sure I've seen that somewhere in here before.

Its one of those things mate, when you have been around a long time, you will notice its the reposts that bug you.

Relax, used to piss me off a little in the early days of my forum whoring for the same reasons as you, but I soon realised it is just one of the many ways of the internet. Eventually you'll hand a few 're-post's out yourself.

For sure....you jump on here for a quick look about, see something you wanna dribble about, and get raked up for it having been done/said before.
No big deal....

Reposts are fine if you're not the one paying for disk space and traffic on a hosting server.

That's why there is a search engine.

Quite. Except that the act of declaring a re-post itself only inspires more needless traffic and posting. From that perspective it's better just left for the people who haven't had it thrust at them before to discuss it amongst themselves.

what fucks me off is people with no mechanical sympathy , people with no spanner sense and over tightening sparkplugs etc , and tradesmen that dont know what the fuck their doing ,not even able to make a simple logical diagnosis and have to be prompted by the customer to get the job done right.

ha ha someone actually read it and noticed.

Probably more of a case of what I don't need. Its amazing what a trip down a flight of concrete stairs @ 20kph will do to a bike

Rh fairings are stuffed, tank scratched, rear wheel dented, brake, clutch, r brake levers bent & broken, headlight frame bent, radiator bent, oil filler cover busted & bleeding, rh mid pipe & yoshi rs3 fuk'd, bar ends, rh mirror marred,

Did not bend frame, twist forks or rip upholstery nor brake gear lever. Oh an sidestand is still straight . . . just.

To rebuild or not to rebuild . . . . .

I wonder if that TL1000S with the broken frame that was on tardme is still around???

WTF were you doing riding down a flight of steps? A runner?

Maybe you can take this as an opportunity and replace it with a Kawasaki.
