oh and its called seeding when you leave it up for others to leach off you, not streaming, and you are an IT nerd!

Streaming: Running it straight off a server. eg. google video's / xtra news
Seeding: Have a file (or part of a file that you are currently downloading), that is shared for other people to download.
Leeching: Downloading a file that you have no intention of sharing with others (removing the link as soon as it's finished), commonly done by people that still have bandwidth on their broadband connection (yup, I do it, but I'm down to my 64k line now, so I don't mind seeding when mine is finished)

I've started the tracker again and seeding it. if anyone that already has the file and the torrent can help, that'd be cool.
You should make a copy of the video as a backup in case something goes wrong, then download the torrent again (or open it if you've still got the torrent file on your computer) and save it to the location where the original video file is. It should check the file to see how much is complete and then start seeding it.
[edit]
Incidentally, it looks like TV1 is showing the highlights from all 3 classes of the French MotoGP round today.

here's an idea for the next MotoGP.. www.storeandserve.com
just register, and upload the next MotoGP that happens, instead of begging people to seed etc..

Maybe I'll give it a go.
I'll have to split the file up into several zip files, should probably keep them 50MB each or so in case people can't resume downloads. It'll mean people won't be able to start downloading until I've finished uploading. Hmm...

if you do the 'basic account' signup (free), you should be able to upload the whole file in one go..
