Weird Ducati DeJaVu

So I went riding out to Orewa on sunday to catch up with some friends for lunch. Took the long boring way along 1.

At about greville - I meet up with a guy riding quite a nice Ducati SPS. We end up tagging along with each other to we get to Orewa.

Along the way a dickhead in a blue mazda tries to cut us off in various ways which wasn't much fun but in all - quite an uneventful ride.

So we go our seperate ways at Orewa and I have some lunch.

About an hour later I jump back on the motorway to head back into town and what do you know. Same guy is heading back. STALKER :blah: So we follow each other all the way back into the city again...

weird.

So - anybody here ride an SPS in full Malboro Ducati one piece? If so - HI!

damn I hate mazdas.. and by mazdas, I mean anything on 4 wheels..

the mazda was just being an impatient jafa.

we were cruising along at quite an 'acceptable' speed and he was up our bums like we were doing 75 in a 100.

when we pulled into the slow lane after passing cars to let him pass he didn't overtake us. this game went on for quite a while.

i think the dude on the ducatti finally had enough and decided to give him the same treatment... stuck on his ass.

finally i think we both had enough of the game and buggered off.

I hate people that do that.. and that's why I won't have an L plate on my bike.. had too many people trying to intimidate me off the road..

..now that it's off.. I'm just 'more traffic', not 'intimidation practice'
