Hello Everyone
Hope you don't mind a biker from the otherside of the world visiting your forum. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a GB 500 from America. They were available there for 2 yrs 89-90. There are 4 of them here in Ontario Canada that I know of.(probably more) Anyway if I ask alot of questions about them its because they are unfamiliar to me :)
Looking forward to making some new friends here ..... NZ sure is along way from here !

HELLOOOO (loud voice cos youse is far away eh?). PM FroggyFrenchman - he is the resident expert on those GB's (possibly SpankMe as well).

thanx for the info on the GB professors, the knowledge base on these bikes here in Canada is non existant....

Welcome to the loony bin named KB!!
Was in Canada in Nov. last year, (Vancouver Island) and have cousins etc over in the east in Ottawa - so the world ain't THAT big!!

The site owner (SpankMe) will probably answer every single question you have about GB500's as he has one that he's had worked over very nicely.

My partner is from Aurora, Ontario. She wants us to move there but this white boy from the Hutt Valley doesn't like the idea of biking in 6' of snow for half the year.

You will find that there are a few bods floating around in the wee hours (NZ time) when you are having your day time..... these few bods are ok.. just dont feed them.
