I might consider this ride. It is quite a distance from Auckland though. Was there anymore details about the ride like what kind of distance? I think if its anything less then 25km i wont bother. I remember last year there was a bike 90 km loop some where up north and apparently it was a good day of riding.

If its the 90 km loop ill definately be there :D

The laps around the trails are around the 50 to 60km mark.
im not sure if their is going to be a fuel stop at half way,
so if you have a small 2stroke i would advise you in taking a back pack with you in case and carrie at lest a small container of gas with you.
I can manage 60km out of my CR125R with big man jets in the cardie, so that could be a gide line for some of the other small bore bikes out their, thats taking it easy mind you, have been through a tank in about 25km :gob: but the smile on the face makes up for the gas usage.:whocares:
Its the first time the ride has been run, and has been in the water works for a while, so it should be well planed out and a great day,
Its on the long weekend as well so you have all monday to clean your bike no rush in the afternoon on sunday.

their is a ride this sunday as well at woodhill, are its good to be single, on the bike every weekend!!!!:yes: . but then will have to repear the thing more and do more rebuilds, thats the down side.:bye:

Tempting ride, depends if I'm able to ride 2 days in a row, as minimoto is the day before (saturday). Shall see.
