I've got most of the service manual on disk if you want it, General info, Cooling, Chassis, Servicing, Electrical and Engine. Give me your address and I'll send you a copy.
Thanks to zorst for giving it to me. _b

I have been having a fit trying to find a repair manual for an RG150. Is it possible to get a copy of what you have? I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I have the manual too if you need it. Hasn't been scanned yet, and the quality isn't too hot either.
However I do have parts microfiche and rg125 manual as pdfs. Let me know if you want either.
hi mate, do you have both workshop and parts manuals? keen on anything i can get my hands on, cheers.

WELL I THOUGHT I DID!!!
The bike runs great 80 mph in 4th gear, as soon as i change to 5th gear the power just flatens and it sits there at 80mph????????
we think it may be the cdi? the powervalve works properly, the servo cog is in good shape. so it is either the cdi, carb tuning or the exhaust.
but i am getting P'd off with all the chopping and changing.
has anyone rejetted their carb and had some good results?..regards steve..
