Hey all,
After a lot of messing about (my lazyness :o), things are finally happening! I took this bike around the last trackday held last weekend for a few laps just to show people that it is in perfectly working order.
This is the same bike that won the Robert Holden memorial race (beat all the big bore superbikes) through the wet streets of Wanganui in the hands of the awesome Johann Bruns!
She's got Ohlins internals in the front and the forks basically couldn't be made any better without replacing the whole thing with Ohlins ones. It's got K&N air filter and a Two Brothers free flow exhaust can that makes it sound the business! It's got SBS race pads with braided brakelines for improved braking performance. It's got the race 520 chain on it and I do have a couple of spare sprokets to go along with the bike. The last time I used the bike, I forgot to turn the key off so I just had to buy a brand spanking new batterie for her just last week as well!!
Please don't ask about the road gear because it doesn't come with any! This bike is only for track use. If you are asking about the KMs. Well, it had about 3,500 road KMs. After that it has had 2 full seasons out on the race tracks and then it has just been sitting around collecting dust for most of last year.
I had it all freashned up just last year for Paeroa BOS and since then, it has only done a few race meets so she's pretty much all ready to rock and roll!
Most importantly please do not offend me by making any offers below my asking price as it is already low enough! I have been told off by some people for having such a low price and that I could easily get another grand for it but I need the money now. This bike will sell people so if you want it, be quick!
First dibs go to Kiwifruit, then the young fella from Wellington (I tried calling your ass all day today!) You guys have until 6 PM tomorrow evening to contact me. After that, she's also going on Trademe.
Cheers!
