spent 6 months in your beautiful province back 2004....did not want to leave! fell in love with the chevy trucks and timmys...damn i miss my timmys :bye: was mainly based in meaford, but spent time in timmins and also in moose jaw [sask] spent a few days in toronto too, and wish i could have explored it more...love the underground, so fast! i remember being stunned as i flew into toronto airport....toronto is huge!
went to a lot of bike rallies....lived with a member of the IRB...heard of them? saw a lot of bikes, but dont recall seeing any names i didnt know from here, cept for a francis barnett that was in a museum in moosejaw. even saw a west coast chopper at a show in shine in scone.

Well every town has a Timmy's (guess I'll have to post a pic for you with all the bikes at Timmy's). I road to Wasaga beach last night, was a great ride and there was a cruise night going on. I saw some really nice cars and trucks
and the sunset was beautiful..... (no fricken camera!!!!)
Don't really know IRB. but Meaford is not far from here.(I'm north of T.O.) Glad you have seen a bit of Canada and liked it...hope the people treated you right!!!!.It.s a big ole place and has taken me decades to see it from coast to coast (still missing 1 province).there is a huge difference in the scenery in Moose Jaw and here, but its neat... they say you can watch your dog run away from home for days in Moose Jaw :bye:
Good to hear you liked it here

Drove from Vancouver to Ottawa in a '67 Caddy a few years ago and remember passing through Moose jaw - was trying to find some '48 Ford parts there.
Got whanau (NZ for family) in Ottowa and exNZ mates in Vancouver.
(Was there Nov last year)

My Canadian brother has sold his turbo scumdog, only being able to ride 6 mths of the year and even then he wasn't using it.It was becoming a liability, getting to the point of needing some serious work and not worth what he'd have to put into it.The bike was officialy a Classic in Canada and had special rego, sounds like they really keep track of ''special'' vehicles. These days he sees very little differences in product prices when he comes over here....sometimes I get him to get stuff for me,but these days it's not worth it.

''North American'' cars and trucks are a different story, and a couple of years ago my nephew came over and I took him to the Kumeu Rod and Custom show - he was floored with the prices. He used to run his own business as a professional Low Rider builder, and sold components as well.He had stopped doing it for a couple of years and the year he was over was the first year we saw Low Riders in NZ - he cracked up,they were just ''junkers'',worn out crap imported from the US.Cars you'd be lucky to to sell going for over $10,000 here.He has an old Silverado ''beater'' he parks out on the road and just uses to haul his dog or messy crap,he paid $1000 for it,and was blown away to see a heap of crap like that could fetch $20,000 here. But all our Jap cars are unknown to them....lucky bastards....

wasaga beach, went there a coupla times....think my ex has got a nephew there...just tried to find my map, but couldnt.
i liked the ontario scenery better than sask....too flat over there! i did enjoy moosejaw though....scored some belt buckles made from moose antler while i was there...all painted up with wolves and eagles....the hold pride of place in my room.
liked owen sound too.....if i could id live in that city...so beautiful. just big enough to have some anonimity but small enough to find you way around...meaford was full of gossips! every shop i went into, they were gassing about some poor person.
the whole time i was there....i only met 3 people i couldnt get on with. the rest all treated me awesome...specially the IRB...great people in that group. went up the tower in toronto....sorry, cant recall its name! also the toronto harley shop....thats along way from town, that one! was there for christmas, so saw your snow.....so beautiful.....
honestly....there wasnt anything i canada i didnt like!

has there been anymore news on that shooting at that farm? i met one of the guys that was shot....havent heard any news about it for ages....

Not much being said about the farm shootings..... they say "internal cleansing " they are claiming it was the end of the group.... none of them left. I am lead to believe there is a group of Banditos comming up from Texas to replace them or strengthen them..... but its all really quiet
