I'm keen on a race trailer, but only once my houses sell. Is it braked etc? enclosed? lockable etc, plus any other stupid questions I can think of, oh, tie down points? bench space?

Sorry I'm useless,
Price is $3500.
Fully enclosed and lockable with lots of tie off points etc.
No brakes but at this size it does not need them.
Tows behind my Isuzu MU well (hairdressers car, I know).
