ok - i have very little experience with this bike, as it belongs to a friend..
but --- i was trying to do an oil change, abd couldn't find a sump plug!
surely the oil tank isn't the only place to drain the oil?
the exhaust appears to cover the whole bottom of the motor.
am i missing something?

did the SR too at the same time - simple as pie (of course) - confound these new fangled "80s motors....

Yep...the oil tank is it,Make a cardboard shute ,tape it under the drain plug and lean that sucker over till all the oil has drained{into a suitable container}hopefully you have found the filter??

I unbolt the oil feed line where it attaches to the underside of the motor and get a bit there.
