I'm not entirly sure, but I think that bike has a launch controller fitted.

Hard to tell, he seemed to be taking off at different revs each time... but then again, he could be adjusting it...

remember they have a slipper clutch as well on the zx10rs. still perfer the look of my gixxer tho.

Slipper clutch only slips on the down shift.

What does strapped mean?? It says it at the end when it lists the mods???

On cars, "strapped" is tieing the cyl. head on in case of catastrophic failure, the straps provide a secondary restraint.

Strapped to me means tying down the front suspension so it's fully compressed. Handy tip for those wanting to get off the line quick but I'm not sure if that's what he means.

I think you are right there Mr WT. Just looked at the vid again and I could see that the front fairing was nearly touching the front guard. The front wheel didn't seem to move down when the front came up either.
But that is pretty impressive in anyone's books.

just strapped and lowered And an Akropovic exhaust. Impressive launch technique! So thats how they do it.
