...for bitching about what I perceived to be a lack of lighting in the Spaghetti Junction underpasses.

Riding to work this morning during the blackout, I passed through the underpass at the end of the NW motorway heading onto Nelson St, and damn if it wasn't pitch black in there.

Very scary going into it with a car about 3 feet off my back wheel, but now I know that the normal lighting isn't too bad at all :bye:

Fuck Transit NZ, they kept me awake half the night doing repairs on the motorway. Could here the incessant beep-beep-beep of vehicle reversing all friggin night.

It depends do you want your roads fixed or not? Sections of road which can't be done during the days without blocking traffic up for miles are mostly undertaken at night.

Yup, have to meet L10's night time noise levels of 40 decibles or less after 10 pm.

High frequency is a real pain, low frequency not so bad.
