Not quite sure, probably for the average American so fookin heavy if they are from Florida (roflamo):blip:

I've used these settings as a starting point for a couple of bikes now.

They obviously don't state the weight of the rider, but at 80-85kgs they seem to work ok for me (my 929's sag was just right when using their preload settings).

Take them as a base setting to work from, not as an optimal setting. Your weight and riding style will almost always mean adjustments are needed.

Setting the sag is the first thing to do with your suspension adjustments. Make sure you have that right before fiddling around with the rebound and compression.

I am pretty sure those settings on sport rider are suited for track riding though from memory.

I set up my 04 CBR1000RR according to those settings and it was way to hard for the road. They suggested the rear preload position of 8 out of 10!! Was like riding a brick!

Just checked out the Tuono settings and they are consistent with other recommendations I have seen. Really useful that they point out that the ride height adjuster should be set as low as possible. Makes sense I s'pose. Ta for the link. :drinkup:
