Right so I am going to buy a new set of boots tomorrow. Hopefully ones that will last. Just wondering what sort of discount you offer to KB members if any. Don't want to have to go to like 5 stores. Also what brands do you stock?

No such thing as waterproof boots. It's a delusion. What you need are GAITERS. From the friendly Army suprlus in K road opposite the barzoubous bristols.

got me some stylmartins from lou at amps. No complaints yet, just that i fell off a minimoto and scuffed the toe, otherwise they are fine. If you have your foot in the right place on the peg instead of trying to look hardcore with scraped toes the toe sliders wear correctly too.

Yip. Gpt me some oxtars from motomail. And some cheapies from quasi for weekday use. The oxtars were more or less exactly what I wanted in my price range so that worked out really well. The Sidi equvalent wasn't as good, but also looked at the top end sidi's and although they are cool, they are just not practicle.

Put it this way for that kinda dosh best thing you are looking at for a road/race type boot are the ones Quasi is selling. Unlike my oxtars for the weekend riding they actually have a decent sole so you can wear them just about everywhere. A decent branded road/race boot will start at about $350.
