Well if it makes you feel better, my misses sent me out to buy a $450 digital camera from Harvey Norman.
I came home with a $3500 42" plasma.

Don't touch Plasma TV's ! LCD if you want it to last picture wise !

Don't touch Plasma TV's ! LCD if you want it to last picture wise !
Bollocks! Plasmas are better if you are stretched for room. LCDs are better at viewing from a distance. Burn in only occurs on plasmas if you leave them on the same frame (2 fields= 1 frame) for hours. i.e pausing a video game and leaving it that way all day. Haviong it on 4:3 format all the time will result in burn in too so rotate formats.

No, I haven't paid for it yet. 2 years deferred payment. I'll have no money for tyres/trackdays/fuel in two years time.

Picture wise as above they are still better " No Burn at all " This is what I ment . SLOW AS USUAL COWPOO !!

Well, the video obviously worked and the purchase has been made.
Hubby convinced me that he needed the new toy so that while I was off riding my bike he would have something to do. Can't really argue with that, can I.
Do you think it will mean that I get MORE time to ride?
