Well it is not exactly rant or rave, but it is off topic.

I need to spend a bit of money on a house and figure it may as well benefit a biker if there are any interesed.

I need a sparky, basically the whole place needs checking and repairing as necessary. Was built in the 70's I guess, hopefully not the crap wire in it, but there is a lot of random stuff. Lights wont work, circuit breakers blow, HWC wiring burned out, power points stop working now and them or blow up at random.

I also need to replace the kitchen in said house.

The dwelling is located in west Auckland.

if no one takes you up on it my dads mate is an army trained electrical engineer type, not sure that'd he'd want to do your whole house but he's a cool guy and im sure he'd atleast take a look for you. And being military beers speaks as loud as money sometimes.
