I found that the seat on my Suziki SJ125 was not comfortable, obviously designed for a little nippineese.
On this site I read about Rider Seats in Tauranga. I sent my seat to them and they reshaped it to my requirements for $83. It has made a terrific difference to my comfort
and riding position. I would reccomend their work.
The seat got to them on Monday, it was altered on Tuesday
and was couriered to my door before I awoke on Wednesday.

$83!!!!!

I thought they charged like $500??? (which is why I haven't had my seat on the fxr shaped....) how did you manage to get it done at that price?

I only had a piece removed to allow me to sit further back, it was not a full reshape. I posted mainly to inform other Epicuro owners as I am sure many are as tall as me and are having the same bother. It is not a good machine for shorties either, they say they cant see the instruments.

Watch that front wheel in the wet now you're further back. Had a few pant staining experiences with weight transfer on my old SJ.
