Meeting Location: Papakura Autobahn

Speed: Medium - Open. (Not recommended for people with minimal country riding experience.)

Route: SH22


Duration: Approximately 4-5 hours from start to finish.

This ride will be on regardless of the weather, so just turn up.

This will be a good chance for those of you who don't have time to go on the longer ride up north to still get out there and have some fun.

well I won't mind testing it... but I am committed to be at Coro with some mates for a weekend. travelling in a cage!

There's a private track day at Puke on the 11th of July, I just missed out on a place, would have been nice to see what the old cage could do. I think I'll take the day off anyway and go spectate.

Had a lovely day, and managed a good pace throughout the ride. Didn't really have any uncontrollable scares, just the usual stuff.:shutup:

After we finished the ride Erik and I went for a quick "don't try this at home" :nono: blat over Cheenic Dwive :love:, naughty road has too much moss and lots of gravel in the middle lane, pretty scary as you slide into the path of oncoming cars if you don't have a perfect line through left handers. :whocares:

Yep, it was a good ride.

Sorry I didn't remember the blind crests with corners straight after on Rotongaro Rangiriri road, otherwise I would've mentioned them. Nice road though, eh. :)
