This is a scarey video which illustrates just how easily something completely un-intentional can occur under the most innocent circumstances.

Then have a look at this one.

Wow, lots of helpful people there rushing to offer assistance.
Apologies if it is a repost, I did search first :innocent:

'She'.
And it is a repost from quite a while ago... but I'm not sure it matters *that* much. Quite a contrast between the response from passers by between the two, eh?
I have to say, I don't think people would be as helpful as that in the UK (where I am); it does remind me how nice and helpful your average American actually is - politics etc aside.

"I'd just like to see your tits before I die..." :innocent:
What the fuck did he do? Pull the handbrake? Note the obligitory cell-phone glued to his head.
On the second one the bike was going bit fast for the traffic conditions, note the car behind sees everything - motorcyclist flying past their window, and just drives around it... He'll be Ok....

I would have loved to be the motorcyclist after all that, everything video taped car licence plate, perp, et al.
I'll Bet he's riding something nice now
In fact, that gives me an idea...

That first one seems like the biker was riding slow enough that he "could" have stopped in time, or at least got slow enough to just drop the bike and not be thrown... maybe the video was slowed down... still think that one was avoidable... stupid damn cagers
The second one... got the reaction: *waiting.... watching.... FUCK!* Stupid cagers again... also noticed the two chicks a bit hesitatnt (or scared/shocked) to help... cage driver didn't even get out the car... hope he/she was hurt...

I'll say it again. 'She'. Not that it matters, but the first rider is female. And without peripheral vision, hard to really tell how avoidable it was: looks to me like the car in front hit something/had a tyre blowout and spun into her lane... plus it seems to me to have been slowed down.
Rock and hard place?

That is fucking insane.
And very James Bond. Like, getting completely T-boned, having no safety gear whatsoever (did you see a helmet?), landing as good as dammit on your feet and starting abusing the driver instantly? My god, he had his shit together *that* day.

Nope - she was going to get her trusty R1 back on its wheels - she'd already done 40000 miles on it!
