Duno... but I'm getting taped out a bit before the hair pin, that kink in the middle of the back straight ya take flat nackered on a bucket, reckon you will need at least 100kph top end, can you not go bigger on the front or smaller on the rear?
Skunk

Front is at the maximum I could find that fits (14), rear at present is a 37. The real issue is power.

WELL DONE YOU GUYS!!!!!
Its great to see someone else doing bucket racing.
My partner and I have been racing our Pitbike up here in Auck's with
the buckets at the Mt Wellington Go-Kart track.
Hubby has had a ride on a bucket and now has a bucket being built. I get the Pitty. We have spent a lot of time at A+E though. Hence his knickname
is... Sir Falloffalot.
If you check out the Kart track at Tauramanui, you might find they will let you ride on it.
Its a really good track, even in the wet, its quite sticky.

Tauramanui is a neat track.
Ruapuna B track is good fun, but a lot faster that our tracks. That transition from the Raceready corner onto the joiner changes camber & twisted up my old H100 quite disconcertingly. (that’s a big word that means your stomach goes ‘eeeghhh’ & you wonder if the front tyre is going to remain in contact with the track).

Basically it's a Suzuki AX100.
Forks and triple clamps ex RG50.
Front wheel CB125.
Rear wheel Kawasaki.
Chamber TZR250.
Handle bars fabricated. Switchgear AX100.
Footpegs off some Honda shitter.
Seat cut down to suit me.
This side panel is just a piece of folded compressed polystyrene.
The other bike I'm building is made up from LOTS of bits.
Here's (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=11684&d=1119262643) the original bike. And below is the progression.

That AX is a 1988. Not sure when they started making them but they're all single leading shoe drum fronts. I've got an 86 model that's road rego'd that I might sell (or something) that goes better than this one.
I have a spoked 17" rear and a set of 17" tyres (ex 'Speedpro') and I got the Kawasaki rims from 'Bert' (I have the front as well but need to get bearings to get it to fit). The CB rim was on the KH100 I have.
When I find a 17" spoked front it'll put the spoked wheels on front and rear.

If you come down on Saturday the 30th September you can have a look and we might be able to find a bike for you to have a ride on. Bring a helmet, gloves and leathers if you have them. A good road jacket will do.

Steve that pipe looks really cool. Um, The volume is massive even for a 125, 115mm would be a likely OD at the fattest part, I'm guessing yours is 130 but that might still be ok, maybe. Might dip before coming on power.
Except even from the photos I can see the header section is about 8 inches too long!!!:gob:
I’d redo the header calculations, I can’t see it ever coming on power like that, the scavenge pulse will be waay too late with a header that long. A typical header section (before the diffuser starts) might be 200mm long not including the 45mm of port & flange.

Well as I was leaving the carpark part way through the day with a broken bike in the van I had a thought. . .
Once before I had had the carb fall off & it made a dreadful expensive sort of sound rather than the bwaaaaaaah you would expect.
But I’d changed out of leathers & surely not again. Nah. It wouldn’t be & I didn’t bring any tools. I’ll go home & sulk.
So when I went home & had lunch & stuff I thought I’d better have a look.
Yup. Wanker!
When I’d cleaned the carb out I hadn’t managed to push the carb fully home (it is a real tight fit) & it popped out a dozen laps latter.
Oh well, I wasn’t really amped about that track. So spent the rest of the day working on the other bucket.

There is a Taupo race meet end of the year that I want to do.
Blenheim has been talked about, that is the best kart track or indeed bucket track in the whole of the country I am sure, ask Kick or Tony Mc, sure they'll agree. Def coming down for that if it gets off the ground.
I am keen on coming to chch to race, just bad timing.

Diesel Pig did mention that theres the chance we can get back to Blenhiem, but at the Mo, I'm flat out trying to sort the BOB, but after that then theres every chance that we will sort something.

Hey Skunk Tex here, just in case your're getting concerned 'bout the vid, it works fine to me. I'm guessing the odd one out is Fishie on the 'oversize 'Prilla. Hey anyone out there got a Suzuki GP125 Motor. parts for motor,e.g. Barrel and head or ignition system.

Yeah, I've decided that it must be RG100's PC.
