Good old S.A.

Since no-one will really know where this was taken, I'll try my best to explain..

It is in Durban, South Africa (where I'm from), alongside a major inner-city road, called NMR Avenue, near the corner of Old Fort Road.. [there should be a pic of the map, but south african map system sucks, so sorry...]

It is about 300 meters from the "super-efficient" Durban Metro Police station, where their "very awake traffic wardens" & other members do regular foot patrols. <-- probably looking for donuts etc :D

It's also about 800m up the road from the world infamous CR Swart SA
Police Services station where the observation skills are just as evident.. :D [pic 2: where's wally, i mean weedy...]
