On the eighth day Tom created a busted Gixer!

After owning my GSXR for eight days I decided yesterday was the day to test its durablility, I did this by throwing it through a few fence posts and into a ditch! Unfortunately the gixer did not withstand the test and in fact failed miserably!

As for me, I escaped with just a broken collar bone which is VERY painful.

BIG thanks to Zed for picking my unconscious body out of the cow shit and mud and sitting with me for 45mins while I talked complete drivel.

Also a MASSIVE thanks to TL, Duc_Gurl, Gordie, and Brendon for picking up the bike and putting me up for the night!! Thanks guys, it was greatly appreciated.

I broke my collar bone at the start of May, it still clicks a bit but you'll notice it will improve heaps after the swelling has gone down, give it about 10 days and you won't notice any more. Well, both rims are bent, the tanks all scratched up, there's a big ding in the can, there's some damage to the fairings:gob: , but on the up side the motors just run in. I just couldnt believe it. I left for my afternoon ride when the boys got home (kids around for the school holidays so we ride in shifts), and had been admiring Toms beautiful Gsxr, but thought it was odd the house was empty and locked up when I got home. I didnt register at first it was the same bike. Tom Im really impressed you came off so lightly, but I surely understand your pain.
