Yeah these are always great rides with good trails mapped out. I'll be there, hopefully setting up my RM250!:scooter:

Is is completely different to the Woodhill normal ride area? I had a blast through some tracks a bit further down in the weekend and they were great! they need to mark out some new tracks at woodhill as some of them are gettign a bit well worn and need some maintance, and there is not much room for you open your bike up and take it out of 3rd gear. Those freaking whoops are dam hard work too. My legs are still sore. Still had fun though.

These rides are not at the bike park if thats what you mean, and well worth doing. However, don't you have a real noisey bike or something? If so, your better off to ride up and down the road at the bike park and piss everyone off and let us serious riders enjoy our ride without your nuisance value.:bash:

Well I though mine was realy loud, but after woodhill in the weekend mine isn't that bad at all. I've just redone the exhaust packing so it's not too bad not. I've got to fit my new pipe (when it fricking gets here) and it won't be so bad. There was a little kids KX60 there with what sounded like not exhaust on it. Fuck that thing was loud!!

Im heading out this weeked, haven't been on the bike for the last 5 weeks, spent a small fortune:bye: just freshering up the bike. Getting it ready for the Saturday summer scramble next weekend.
Noise is more and more of an issue. The club is going to start enforcing next year, if you turn up with a loud bike you'll have to put it back on the trailer. Going to take the FMF amplifier off the 400 and put the stock pipe on soon, anyone want an exhaust system you can't use anywhere?

It would be nice to have a tester there for our bikes now. I currently have three pipes for my RM, a Bills for MX which I think maybe too loud for the forest, the stock anchor and a Pro Circuit 304 which I think might be the hot ticket for offroad as far as size and sound go. Any chance of having a tester available at WMCC events for us to get our bikes sorted before getting told to go home?

count me in, as posted above. nothing should stop me so far
Going to play it by ear on the noise at the moment. It's pretty obvious when bikes are obscenely loud and it's a bit hard to do noise testing at a trail ride with about 300 people. I think the club just bought noise testing gear, if not we will be getting some. We did noise testing at the Riverhead and Woodhill enduros, the results from Riverhead at least are on the club website. As a rule if you have an enduro bike with the stock muffler and the packing hasn't all rotted out you should be OK. The worst offenders seem to be 250 4 stroke mxers with aftermarket pipes.
