Hi everyone, after having a spell off line (line problems) I am back and in the weekend was mentioned to me that there is an event upcoming down the south island and if I remember correctly in November, to commemorate Burt Munro and his accomplishments.
I am having difficulty finding any details and wondered if there was anyone out there who could direct me to the internet site, or give me more info about this.

Doesn't say much, but it does confirm that there are plans to run a Burt Munro weekend - perhaps you could contact the body in question for more information.

Yes, Its the last weekend in November. A bike rally, some sort of event on the beach, and street racing in Wyndham.

I've got all the details somewhere, so I'll try and hunt it up tomorrow and post on here.
