Ok so I know I'm getting in way early but its one of those trips in a life time I want to do and will have to save my wee butt off to achieve. I am guessing a saving of 5% of my wages for the next year may just do it.

I understand its the centenary so getting in early is a must.

Does anyone know of any organised trips or packages going? Do any other KBers wanna come along?

Ive always wanted to do that trip, but don,t thing that's going to happen. would have to win LOTTO, wanted to do motoGP at Phillip Island this year but things came up had to flag that idea. sux being poor:cry:

i was reading (yes i can read now!!) that the ferries are nearly fully booked .

we booked ferry & campsite back in Feb! tried getting my disorganised mates in the UK onto it,but they're useless twats, and are now struggling to get hold of some ferry tickets...muppets. Here's hoping tho'!

a mate's sending me a disc of pix from this year's TT - should be some good shots in there.

I think there's a few KB'rs talking about going over...

Holy Crap I thought I left myself heaps of time....if the ferrys booked I can always swim!

Saslex dates are end of May through 8th June.

OK I am going to do this even if it means swimming. Its my big 40 presssie to myself!

Just spoke to my mate who is in France doing the "Tour" and he is going to check out flights, ferrys, somewhere to sleep. Hes due back in NZ mid July so if anyone is still keen and wants to come along let me know.

AJ ....glad you learnt to read and I wont need condoms. But any bloke I might meet will :blip:
