Gotta get some new gloves. Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Teknic Cyclone glove. I think they are around $130 and are waterproof but still look sporty.
I plan to commute in these gloves, weekend ride, and the odd trackday. Im not a super-aggressive rider so dont need race-gloves. Dont *HAVE* to have super-warm gloves. Current own some Quasi-gloves.
Cheers.

I haven't tried the gloves but was impressed with Teknic quality of jackets & trou when I was looking recently. My preference for gloves is usually based on the palm padding and quality of leather there as I always seem to abrade those the most when the bike & i disagree upon a direction to take. I would also prefer a thin glove for good feel rather than a heavy glove.
I think the short answer to this was i have no idea about teknic gloves but felt a need to rabbit on, I'll bugger off now:bye:

Yeah, but no one crashes quite like I do.
Got any Quasi underpants or socks that need testing? I'm getting short on undercrackers.
And why oh why are those delightful Quasimoto branded leather caps not for sale on your website??? Don't you supply the cruiser market?? ;)

Yep got some just before the start of Winter. They are waterproof and have a curtain on the inside of the cuffs. Unfortunately this only good for light shower days.
Only challenge is that the big cuffs make it difficult to pull your sleeves over the top.
Warmth.... sweat in Summer and sunny days. Still cold in Winter.
Crashing ... tried that too. Carbon knuckles are worth their weight in gold
