View Full Version : Oh well I lose my licence on Monday..

Only for 3 months but just wanted to let you guys know that I was able to obtain a limited licence without needing to consult a Lawyer and it only cost the Court fee of $150..bargain.

Granted my situation is different but even for a work licence it is easy to DIY.

Anyway, outside by limited licence I guess I will have to walk around Devonport and carry on getting ferry to work, save bike tyre wear and some fuel costs............and saved a $1,000 or so.......I hope I survive.

Anyway, if anyone needs help on how to get a limited licence let me know.

To be honest it is not really a bummer......I need a change.......I live 10 mins walk from village centre and drive when I should walk....I get to look after my Daughter still so no drama......

2 x 130kph and crossed a no passing line (35 points)......it was windy so I just gave cage a wider berth and ended up being middle of another pursuit....in last 2 years...clean for 25 years before so not bothered.

yes but a life time can not be measured by how long you live ... its how you live your life ;)

You can sure pack a whole heap of living in a short space of time


and she sure would be a heartbreaker .. i mean ice breaker ;) ..

That is how I see it..still sad but she will be measured and make a big difference to many people.....

Good to hear the loss of licence hasn't got you down GB. Can't say I will cope to well if (OK when) mine decides it's time for a 3 month sabatical. I will pm you then for some advice on getting a limited licence.

Man, that's bad news. I didn't realise your points were so close to getting you down the gurgler with your licence.

Well, good on ya for getting a work licence and hopefully you will find the three months fly past. I suppose it's best to lose it for the three coldest months and have it for summer aye? :)

Hm. Mr Finn must be thinking of his own requirements for prophylatics. Since Jewish boys are circumcised when a few days old, those pouches would be VERY small. Suitable perhaps for Mr Finn, but not for anyone else.
