May as well give this picture a thread of it's own.
Mate picked up his new toy today. Absolutely bloody stunning looker. The Senna package comes with some hot items over the standard MV1000. Standard is probably not the right word to use with MV Agustas. Second exhaust system still to come once it's run in a bit. From trying to follow it, it sure seems to be all smooth and graceful when it comes to cornering.
Really suits those colours. You can't help but admire all the little touches of quality design and manufacture that goes into every part on it. Only two Sennas coming to NZ apparently.
I'm not sure if we will see him backing this beauty into turns on the track, rear tyre smoking, but after today's blat ... maybe

As much as I like it, and If I was filthy rich I might buy one myself, I think they look whey sexier in the red/grey of the base model. This bike's sexy but it's like Kiery Knightly in a rubbish bag. She's sexy, because you know what she really looks like when tarted up for a movie.

That's got to be one of the sexiest bikes I've ever seen.
Congrads to your mate

That is a class bike...

It was amazing how in that Masterbike test, in the hands of the best rider there, the far heavier MV thrashed the snot out of the Jappers and everything else there...even though it costs a whole lot more, still a pretty impressive effort given the on paper stats.

there is another sitting at bay city motorcycles in TGA at moment looking for an owner.

This is huge step up from the basic mv, if you can call the standard model basic.

The rear shock as prety much every adjustment you would need.

at the risk of sounding stupid, i think its a fully hot bike but it is a bit slab sided... needs sides like an r6 or zx10r, all open to sho us the motor

Slab sides are good for aerodynamics...bikes need all of the help they can get.

What a lovely chap. He just donated around $5000 to the Senna Foundation which supports poverty in Brazil. I got away lightly with my $1800 donation to an oil company.

Between us, we're making a difference.

md and I went and picked up the new toy on sat morning and shot over the hill to start the running in process.found out to my relief that this senna is not just a new paint job!.It turns in very quick with absolute precision and liquid smooth power like no other bike I have ridden.talk about being on cloud 9. can't wait till its run in so I can put on the race pipes and new chip and then see what tricks this puppy is capable of. my old f4 1000 was top stuff but the senna is in another world.

Hey SpeedKing, Congratulations on an absoulutely 'stunning' bike. Bikes like that are in a league of their own, and priced accordingly for VERY good reasons. I hope you still want to test ride the 'Boz' ....Im sure you could twist my arm to swap steeds for a few miles ...lol..:innocent:
It's awsome to see you with such a beautiful bike, you deserve it! as someone who can ride like you can do it justice. Enjoy.
