Picked up my new toy on Thursday, still running her in but WOW!
Only travelled 200ks so far, (more tomorrow) so have bedded in the breaks and the tyres are reasonably trust worthy now too.
Swapped the Prelly Super Stickys for some Metzla M3's (Thanks Cycletreads)
Caus I still have to commute on her and see no need in knacking the tyres in 3000ks on the Southern.
I'm a very, very happy boy!
Came with an extensive tool kit too!
A reversible screwdriver and an Allan key made of playdoh...
So I don’t think roadside rebuilds are encouraged.
Scues the photos but I only have my phone.

Amps have a demo, so go ride theirs!

EDIT; second photo is the better one, fist one done at night and you lose a lot of the colour.

Real nice bit of kit mate. :)

They have really good right ups and plenty of midrange torque too.

Have fun you lucky bugger. Wouldn't mind one of those alongside my 1400 when I feel like playing a bit.

Went into NP Motorcycles today, and see that they have a nice gun-metal grey one in there. I reckon it is possibly the NICEST looking motorcycle I have ever seen. My missus was drooling all over it! Let us know how it goes. Congratulations on your new bike!

Darn it! I'm at my daughter's place and my Son-in-Law is down to dial-up speed at the mo' plus he's downloading so you can imagine my frustration! I'll have to wait 'til I get home and back onto Broadband to view the images!
Congrats anyway! Keep us informed of your impressions of the bike, eh?:first:

I looked long and hard at the grey ones...
But like Clivoris I have a thing for yellow bikes too...
I could have had a red one two months ago!
Not much comfort for a pillion, and there is NO room under the seat for anything.
Not much in the way of after market goodies yet ether...
Mirrors work great tho, and I can see the speedo fine so I dunno what others are crying about?
Decision to get one was driven by lust, no thinking involved!

Saw a red one a few weeks ago, again bloody beautiful. I've only seen pics of the yellow/gold, no doubt it looks sharp as well. Triumph couldn't have built a nicer m/c. I reckon if they bring out a 1050cc version, I might have to change brands! There is nothing I don't like about the look of the 675. Again, keep us informed about how it goes

And really good write offs judging by the latest post.
