if the bikes motor wont start what is the worst case scenario, if its completly rooted how much to fix? current owner said it went ok when it was running with no smoke etc but was hard to start and now wont go...any ideas

My bike was similar and it just needed a new battery.... but perhaps you've already thought of this?

its on tardme and will turn over but wont fire its cheap but if its fkd it wont be cheap
