Hi,

Myself, my wife and daughter are heading over in late September after hopefully completing on the house sale.
We'll be looking for somewhere furnished to rent for at least 6 months, so if anyone here is a budding property tycoon, and has something available can you send me over the details please?

Garage might be required at some point for an R6 :yes: Providing my recruitment attempts prove fruitful!

Whatever you do, do not use Harvic Property Management.... I had to take them to court to get out of my lease and then they didnt refund my bond until pushed. Good luck finding a place though!

Mike - which part of NZ are you looking at?

edit edit - DOH - Wellington... (was that there before and I simply didn't see it?)

edit - on a more general note, there is no shortage of properties oiver here at the mo - a shortage of tenants though... in Auckland anyway

Would you prefer to live near/in the city or in the Burbs? Also wht price range are you looking at? There is a place called Homeads http://www.homeads.co.nz/. For around a $50 charge they will find a place for you. All you have to do is gove them a price range, number of rooms and if you want things like garaging etc. Check out there website if no one else can help, there pretty good!

Ditto Quinovic who are useless in a quite different way. Didn't have any problem getting deposit back off them though.
