First of all a big thanks to everyone at AMPS and Protector Insurance for all there hard work getting me back on two wheels so quickly!
Also thanks to Andrew, the local cop who made sure I was Ok and made me a coffee while I waited for the van, your a credit to the uniform.
Tanks Thys, it was a long walk home!
Bout the closest I’ve ever been to giving up riding, but as friends and family said, I'm a miserable prick with no bike and would have to get one again anyway...
Nice shiny new Daytona.
Very happy, same colour as the previous one too.
The old(?) one is being resurrected too so it will live again.
Feels a bit different, cant say how, not worse, maybe better?
Maybe I just missed it?
Jax got me a tail pack, as I don’t know how much more abuse my back can take, so wearing a backpack or a bum bag is out!
My Quazzimoto back protector saved a lot of damage, ta Quasi, I owe you a beer!
Thanks to all for their commiseration’s, meant a lot to me.
Got some time owing to me so will be taking a few long weekends to get the feel of it.

Karl.

After you’ve been at it?
Naaa...
What’s wrong with them?
Environmentally sensitive bikes back in the day...
Gave oil back to the earth!
Anyway, it’s prettier than your bike! :nya:

Good stuff. Watch out for dogs this time. Stupid bloody animals, but at least yours had the good taste to check out a Triumph.

Na vice likes bikes that have been ridden on top, not on the side. Rat look is out..

That's the 1000 you ignorant pig.

The 750 is mint.
