RESEARCH DATA

I consumed three pies.

The first was at Papkura Autobahn, I asked for Steak & Cheese and got Mince & Cheese - it tasted like shit.

Then I had a chicken burger at Coroglen - best thing I've ever eaten (since the last pork roast I had, with crackling and kumera on the side).

Then two pies, a seafood and bacon and egg at Coro, both were absoloute shit, dry, rubbery, foul, absoloutely disgusting.

I would be worried at the lack of fuel available for our brethren, but after sampling that burger at coro glen, my fears were put to ease.

Next one is going to be 'The Burger and Beer run'.

Yeah both were taking of front plates or the smug grins hehind visors in our case.

don't worry none, at your terminal speed you'll only get done for not observing teh speed limit and causing traffic jams

They guy infront of me must have passed the one going over 180kph, do you guys reckon the plods inside would be able to note his plate as he went past?

I only took 1 lot & between the van convoy & you guys being bunched up ( not to mention the photographers ineptitude ) not much to show. I wouldn't mind finding a good corner 1 ride & get everyone to come around 1 after another ( spread out ) & those with cameras take some shots.

Nice pics Trev, :first: somebody finally took a pic of me on the "Black Tank".
Great day & good to catch up with all the usual suspects.:blip:
Didn't miss Steve (you pussy) in fact your name was hardly mentioned all day except when some of us oldies were looking for the roid cream.
Geez Rick I was pissed of when you & glennis finally got past....I::nya: will have to spend time in perfecting my blocking manouvres:innocent:
The weather gods were kind to us, :sunny: Thanks to "Beyond" for the front end adjustment, really noticed the difference.
When I followed you & "Korn" up the Manaia hill (well for at least 4 corners):gob: following your lines I was surprised at how easy the big bike will go around those twisties and how good she felt. Thanks mate.:blip:
Kiwifruits mate on the GPZ went real well, followed him over the Matarangi-Coro hill..... he was giving it shit and the rear wheel was all over the place on some of those wet corners.
I must admit I did not see any pies eaten on the day, but did see a lot of burgers consumed by smiling faces.
Thanks for another great day & good company.
Pity about Steve!

Good riding, besides the rain from Clevedon home. Zapf and I had to get back early, so after Tairua we didn't see much of anyone, besides the fast guys, who passed us just before Coroglen.

Who was the first bike to Coroglen? Wow... he came past like a shot, and hurtled round the next corner... my face -> :gob: Next was speedie, with saul? I think right up his arse. Very nice to see people... enjoying the roads :innocent:

edit: Zapf and I did see one cop on the roads, in Whitianga, on the long wide 80kph section. Naturally, as we were behaving all speed limits, there was no problem, but I had Zapf send a heads up txt to Kiwifruit I think.

dude, i dont know bout you being a bike mechanic and all, but it takes me about 1minute to check my oil, less if there is a view window, tyres are a minute each....

Sorta shows how naive you are mark, ever heard of a quickie... sometimes its about the mashin' and not the passion.

Oh well, i bet you enjoyed soggy biscuit mark, always being the last to cum and all.

swanny moves slow though dude wtf it takes you a minute each per tyre?

it's called a gauge and theres 2 seconds

Umm going all around the tire looking for foreign object imbedded maybe, not just measuring the tread depth as that is of only legal reqs

Do you have anymore pics , like a blackbird going at extreme angles (that could just be your focus < LOL) it`s the only evidence that I went for a ride.
If I look like I was all crossed up that could be your focus as well , if I look like I was going to fall off ,That`s the one !!! Good so far , but if you wanna be a speed camera , try and look like a mid 90`s mitsi van, Good work

Thank's to everyone who showed up on the day despite the weather outlook. We had a relatively good anti-clockwise run and with most of the roads been dry as previously mentioned. I'm in need of a new front and rear tyre too

Was especially good to meet new faces and see old ones (literally :nya:) again.

As mentioned, the next one is going to be a Burger & Beer Run, that Coroglen chicken burger was the best I've ever had.
