Help wanted: Dry, secure storage needed in Wellington area

An association with which I am involved has a need for dry, secure storage for a year or so. Mostly cartons of "stuff", to fit in a space about 2m square.

Would prefer something "central" in Wellington. The association would offer remuneration for said space.
