Ok, who knows (not has been subject to hearsay) something about the way cops can and can't use lasers in their cars?
I have some questions:
1) Can they be used without being hand held and aimed manually by an officer?
2) If yes, can they be used as above when a car is moving? Does this require a second officer?
or
3) is the only POSSIBLE time a police officer can pick you up with a "laser" when he is holding the gun in his grubby little hands and aiming it directly at you by looking through the scope in a parked car or standing outside it?
