Motorcyclist hitting a parked car?

I'd recommend not speeding around Clevedon too.

As always, be safe peeps.

"It has been a terrible start to the weekend on our roads.

Six people have died in five different crashes across the country since yesterday afternoon, when a 10-year-old girl was killed in a crash at Clevedon, near Auckland.

A bus full of school children witnessed her death.

A motorcyclist died after crashing into a parked car on State Highway-12 at Northland.

A truck rolled in the Waioeka Gorge near Opotiki last night, killing the driver.

And a head on collision occurred just after 6am today on State Highway One at Foxton. It has claimed the lives of at least two people."

Sad start to weekend, not good to hear 6 have died on our roads already. hope the motorcyclist who crashed into a parked car is not one of our northern crew, and the death of a 10 year old girl, life was just beginning for her, road deaths are terrible but when I hear of children being killed, I think of my granchildren, it just makes me want to cry.

RIP to all, and condolences to there familys and Friends:bye:

Very sad weekend for all concerned. We live at Koputaroa so realised something was up as the traffic from the Foxton crash was diverted around our way.

Terrible day today, wet and miserable. Let's hope everyone stays safe.
