I have a brand new sport demon on the front of my gsxr and a old tyre on the back. Can anyone point me to a NZ website or someone that can supply a 130/70-17 rear sport demon. Roughly how much are they?

Every Tyre shop in the country.

www.pirelli.com will tell you if the size is available.

Use Google for the price, you lazy bastard.

130/70-17M/CTL 62H(K) SPORTD, What does the 62H(K) mean?

62 is the load index which means the tyre can carry a maximum load of 265kg at the maximum pressure and speed that the tyre is rated for

H is the speed rating (210kmh), dunno about the (K)

He'll get 8-10k out of a GSXR250.

Weight and power will kill a tyre like the Sport Demon.

Good Man. They're superb. I had them on my CB400 and they improved every aspect of the bike from stability to lean angle.

those are superb tyres indeed. I have them on my zzr250 and love them to bits. pretty good in the wet too.

You should be able to get them in your size no problem just talk to your nearest pirelli dealer. If you're in auckland (more specifically the shore) cyclethreads do them I believe, even if you don't live there they'll deliver it to your door by courier for a fee, I've got a set of tyres for my fxr150 delivered to me and I was impressed.

Tell us where you're and we'll be able to point you to the nearest dealer perhaps. If you happen to be in palmy, AFC motorcycles do them.
