Dude, that's a dilemna. I have no experience with photoshop at all so sorry can't help. FWIW I'm not a fan of polished rims but in my imagination they look better than the black paint. Matches the frame better I guess. Back in the day I saw a darker green TLS with matching green rims, it looked suprisingly good. Good luck man.

You could polish them, and if you don't like it all the hard work is done just paint over,
as Clivorus said, would try something diffrent get them painted the same colour as the bike.
there are a couple of people on here that do that photoshop thingy, was a post I saw, someone else was looking for help.

I can't see anything. I think I can see the outline of a TL in that shrubbery, but I'm not sure.

Small doses - 'The Vidiot from UHF' - rates as an all time fave US film.
Same shelf as Waynes Worlds and Spinal Tap.

You're welcome.

'If you lend someone $20 and never see him again....it was probably worth it.'

There is a Canadian guy called Gordon Case last seen in AKL who owes me $200 in similar circumstances.

You started it!

EDIT : and to pull back on topic what software did you actually use their BD? Obviously something off the Mac, can Gimp do that sort of thing?

Nice bike anyway you paint it mate!
Liked the "green" rims that BD did but how about if the spokes were black and them rims only were that "green" colour? Bit different and would make it much easier to keep it looking clean.
Just a thought...

Gimp can do it but Photoshop (Mac or PC) is still King.

I have a new G5 tower and latest version of Adobe Creative Suite 2, which is Photoshop 9. Don't know of Gimp sorry.

It's an easy job - draw a path, make it a selection - and dick around with the Hue and saturation. job done.

Thats the story Mike..If in doubt, polish it..... It is probably easier for you to remove the casting letters, get a shop to polish them, then detail/finish them yourself...fwiw
