Taken a 50th Anniversary R1, Modified front fairing, rear sets and bars to give the same ergos as FZ1.
Would scare some of the sprot bike riders:gob:

Wow, it looks like someone graduated from The D-Style (http://www.the-d-style.com) college of design.

Really, I wasn't aware that chopping off the fairing and raising the bars make a bike substancially tamer?

fuck that, with all your weight upright it would be hard to keep the front wheel down... then again, that would be lots of fun

I fail to see how slightly modifying the aesthetics and ergos make a bike which remains in posession of over a hundred and fifty horsepower any more rideable.

And holy shit, nice R1 with F4 pipes.

I like them both. Be interesting to see the F4 pipes on the single sided swinarm bike.

the single sided swingarm setup is about $2500US plus a rim which is another $1250US for a Machisini (sp) or a few hundred for a Ducati one.

The pipes i think come in at about $1800US so you'd probably be rolling in it a bit if you had all that on one bike... or in lots of debt.

Looks like it might actually do better completely without the fairing. At least then you'd get to stick it back on when regret came into play.

Still, I find myself agreeing with Soul Bruddah - it's still north of 150 horses, damn thing's got to be a beast. Must make a Tuono look like an ice cream van.

ZRXER is bagging the FZ1's and he rides a F#####N Triumph  The 06 Speed Triple looks like something has run into the back of it.
