Got me a nice new chain, which got a few links taken out. But in the process of cutting, the inner link which wasn't meant to be cut, got damaged, a bit too much for me to let it slide. Not gonna risk a half cut link in a chain.
So, has anyone got the tools to help me out, take a good link from one of the 10 links removed and replace the damaged link? Can the bars/rivets that hold the lot together, able to be removed without being damaged? Else I'd need to find a new one to replace the rivet to be removed, in order to replace it with a good link (make sence?!?!)
or am I screwed, and gonna have to buy another chain..?
(in which case, best offer for a 106l x-ring 520 chain?!?!?!)
