Saw some guy locked up in stocks while we were out today. We asked around and it turns out that it was a small town, and they disciplined their residents using the stocks for public humiliation. This guy was caught having unnatural relations with his aftermarket muffler... As you can see, they tried to amputate his criminal hand (like they do in some cultures), but it must have proved too difficult.
