ok.... so I come back after an hour away from KB, refresh my RSS feed on firefox and realise that everything there is new... so I open up all of the threads in tabs just to realise.....

everything is started by Quazi referring to another site called sportsbike.co.nz or something???

What's happening to the RSS? is it that quasi actually went and posted all those threads or something wrong with RSS feed? will I continue to get the latest threads on my RSS feed???

(what's this new sportsbike.co.nz site about?)

Just playing around with rss import. Was hoping it would just create one thread with a post for each, but it created a thread for each. Will have to see if I can mod it.

SpankMe had a wee blurb up saying he was playing around with RSS...

went away for the weekend and when i came back the rss is way different

Instead of displaying the entire page in thunderbird it only shows the first post in black text agaisnt a white background....it sux

any chance this is only temporary spank?

On the new posts page, I saw for a moment about 15 threads started my Quasi at the sametime (10:03am) but their content didn't exist.
Seems Quasi's account wasn't hacked after all.

Hmmm... sportsbike.co.nz seems like another site that does everything KB does but missing a fair chunk of the rider community.
Do you think it will go off?
Well, I'm a sportsbike hussy anyway, so I'll be in with a grin :blah:

That is Quasi's new forum site for SPORTBIKES ONLY.
Looks the same as KB and has the same type of forum...

So all those of us that ride cruiser's, tourer's and off-road bikes etc etc are not welcome...

when I created the supermoto.co.nz website, should I have made it www.supermoto-cruisers-commuters-scooters-sportsbikes-dirtbikes-tiddilywinks.co.nz?
Both KB and the new sportsbikes forums use a pretty much standard PHP based solution freely available. I belong to several Crystal ones too. The awesome people in the open source community made such a forum package available so people could talk about their own special interests...viva la difference.

Though It looks from that post that quasi has gone and invited an exclusive group of people, tis not the case, he invited me only after I pmed him about another issue.
At the end of the day, that site is pretty much like any other on the net, that being publicly available...I'd not get offended taking it personally unless I see an "official Tossers we do not want here" list.

heres an example of the rss problem. Anyone else getting this or is it just me, rss feeds that i have saved since before the upgrade still come up fine
