Alright folks,

found us a sweet little motel/backpackers that looks well plush and comfy for a relaxing night before the track day on the 8th.

Looking at an Access Motel unit at a price of $79/night + $15per extra person. so about $30 each per night.

They also have the bunk rooms at a $24 a night but the motel unit looks like a better deal.

If we can get 5 people into a self contained unit that could be a go, also this place is closer to the track and has better parking.

...and one of those big bouncy trampoline things for those of you inclined...

good off street parking and close as to town if you plan to go dancing on the tables of the local bars...

Two spaces left, the spaces already taken include me right?
Oh and how do you get $30 each? It says a unit is $223 per night, that's $44 each if we have 5 people in it.

yes that includes you.

If you look at the page it lists low, mid, high and UNIT rates. Then below that in a table it describes the pricing. Unit rate is for Round the Lake Relay and Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge. As we are staying in September (mid rate) its $120p/n plus $17pp over 3 people.
