PS2 game riding spirits?

found a game called riding spirits , looks similar to tourist trophy but with more bikes,,,,u can upgrade ur bikes, engine swaps etc. suspension, tyres etc etc,

just wondering if anyones played it and is worth downloading (not that i would exploit ps2 by chipping my console :P )

Did you happen to find a torrent for it? (not that I would be downloading copyrighted software or anything.....) sorry can't help since I've never heard of it but better have a look around I suppose.

I just did a quick search and they seem to have riding spirits 2 which came out in 2004?

ya found one but couldnt connect to any seeds ( not that i would be doing that either), just downloaded some rare drifting games that turned out to be crap

I had a copy of Riding Spirits 2 ages ago - it was OK, nothing special and it wouldn't top my list of games to get. IIRC in the preferences you have a choice to go in to 'simulator mode' which makes the bikes trickier to control, but you have more control (if that makes sense)

I wouldn't recommend to buy it but if you've found somewhere to download a copy it might keep you entertained for an hour or two. The bikes all sound like pissed off bees as seems to be the norm with bike games.

I haven't played Tourist Trophy yet but looking forward to giving that a go.

I have it. It's not too bad. graphics could be better and yea the bikes sound poo. But there's a good selection of bikes and kit to choose from etc. and quite a few mod options.

You can have my legit version if you want to pay for postage from the UK - haven't played it for years and aren't likely to.

just read about the recently released riding spirits 2,

aparently its got some new sound engine where it emulates each cylnder making sound there for speed up makes a blah blah anyway

also

theres aperently 300 or more bikes and more than 20 tuning options,

anyone played it ?

and if someone in auckland has riding spirits 1, could i ah...*cough* copy it *cough*

can remember playing ricing spirits with motoracer and tex some time, we were a bit drunk i think? seemed like a good game. i find tt too knife edged but i'm used to the entire gran turismo series so it's probably messing up my cornering a bit being used to 4 wheels on the same tracks lol.
