How about some advice from the forum?

What are you looking for in a bike - 1st bike? Returning to bikes? Off Road?
On road? - Single cylinder, Twin Cylinder, 3 cylinder (rare but exists), 4 cylinder?
Faired, Naked?
Wanna go in straight lines (Cruisers)?
Wanna turn corners (Other bikes)?

In short, what particular variety of 2 wheeled internally combusting equipment does it for you?

Throw us a bone here and if I like your reply I will award you some reputation (known hereforth as Bling)

By the way....Welcome.

hi everybody!
thanks for all the welcomes and friendlyness etc!!!!
i got my learners licence a couple of months ago.
ive wanted a motorbike ever since i was a young kid(im only 20 now) but only really did somthing about it when the petrol prices started going up astranomically.
what really gets me going is sports bikes, and harleys (but not for time being!!!).
im wanting to get a sports 250,especially a zxr but maybe a fzrRR or gsxrR but probobly not a cbrRR as they seem to be the most expensive at the moment.ive been told by most that the cbr is the best bike but for some reason ive always liked the zxr.
along the journey of getting to this stage ive had soo many objections to me getting a bike, mainly people telling me how dangerous it is to ride a bike and i agree,to a certain extent.most (going out on a limb here with my limited experiance) accidents that ive heard of seem to be the result of the rider doing stupid things.so i have vowed to myself that i will be a very sensible rider.ive also tryed to use as an excuse, that i have a big history in my family of riding, and that its in my blood:bleh:
so yeah that sums me up for the moment,il be happy to answer any qeustions people may have and also happy to buy anbodys zxr250 for a good price :)
